November 2020 Updates (so far)

Well: today has been quite a day I think for everyone worldwide, and I for one am exhausted!

I am steadily working away here on many different projects. In the summer, I was the lucky recipient of a bursary from Artscape Daniels Launchpad, which is an artist hub that nutures and develops artists from a wide array of disciplines, and I am absolutely ecstatic I got it: this way, the recording costs for the new album are taken care of, and a vast network of people are there for me to make contact with. As a result of many other musicians sharing the space, the record is being done over the course of this month, when I can. Nothing new on the acting horizon, but I am working on a new project that I have written and will produce and direct in the new year. I figured that because COVID has made the acting competition so incredibly stiff I had to explore writing and producing something on my own as well. I hope it isn’t shit, but you know what? It doesn’t matter. I just want to create.

I am still streaming when possible 3 times per week on my Twitch channel. I want to also highlight that my channel is not just for gaming: the format is almost always a one hour chat before I start to play, so if you want to hang out and chat but not so jazzed about the gaming, always check my schedule, I would love to chat with you!

I am also doing two creative business development courses which are really challenging how I approach my work; The courses have forced me to ask the tough questions about how I organize my life and approach my goals, and I am really loving it.
